With heavy rain forecasted for the May long weekend in Thunder Bay, Ontario, I thought it would be a wonderful idea to head out and make some photographs on Sunday. Rising early, my beagle and I tumbled through the thick boreal forest and stumbled upon this grove of cedar trees, their trunks seemingly slithering away from the ground and toward one another. Working quickly and without a tripod to protect my gear from the downpour, this frame was the result.
Each print is produced on the highest quality Hahnemühle Torchon heavyweight, 100% cotton rag paper. Every piece is hand-inspected for quality and hand-signed by me. Print sizes include white border.
